About Dr. Christine Savage
Dr. Savage grew up in Maryland, attending University of Maryland at College Park then the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine where she graduated in 2001. She then completed her internal medicine training at University of Miami/ Jackson Memorial Hospital and later completed her rheumatology fellowship at Duke University. While in fellowship, she worked on research involving scleroderma and systemic lupus erythematosus. She then returned to Florida and worked with the University of Miami Hospital at Deerfield Beach for over 13 years. She has now joined IRIS to provide top notch patient care and offer additional treatment options to patients. She has two children and enjoys running and playing volleyball in her spare time. She is very excited to be a part of IRIS and looks forward to being a helpful part of the treatment team.
